We primarily use specialist low-moisture foam cleaning to protect delicate upholstery fabrics, prevent watermarks, and keep internal cushion foam completely dry. In addition, we offer Hot Water Extraction (HWE) as an upholstery option when heavily soiled suites or deep pet accident rinsing require thorough extraction.
We ask that you remove light items (toys, lamps, small side tables, waste bins). We will gladly clean around larger heavy pieces like wardrobes, sideboards, and entertainment units. If you'd like under sofas and armchairs cleaned, we can carefully move and replace them with protective pads.
Carpet cleaning starts from £30 for a bedroom and from £45 for a living room / lounge. Hall, Stairs & Landing is £60 (additional floors are an extra £25 each). Additional rooms are £25 each (e.g. Kitchen, Bathroom, Utility, or Study). Whole 3-bed house packages start from £160.
For upholstery, we charge straightforwardly per seating unit at £25 per seat: an armchair is £25, a 2-seater sofa is £50, a 3-seater sofa is £75, etc. Footstools are £20 and dining chairs are £7.50 each.
